When you watch the numbers, the numbers get better
Would we watch a sports event if they didn’t keep score? It’s the same way with our business. When we look at our numbers every day, we see what we didn’t or did accomplish yesterday. What if your goal was to contact 5 new contacts every day, and yesterday you only contacted 3? That means that we have to do 7 today. There is the old adage – 10-3-1. If we contact 10 people per week, the average number of appointments set will be 3, and those three will turn into 1 sales. Is your goal 4 sales per month or 4 sales per week? What do you want?
